We had the most amazing time snorkelling and hiking in Raja Ampat. The snorkelling spots were out of this world - so many colorful fish and coral reefs. We even spotted some turtles and mantas! And the hiking trails were so cool, taking us through lush forests and stunning viewpoints. It was the perfect adventure for us young party-goers!

The only thing we wished for was some kind of lively nightlife or beach party scene. After all the excitement during the day, it would have been awesome to have some fun and meet other young travelers.

My children wanted more activities specifically catered to their age group.

The hiking trails offered breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and towering limestone cliffs. We also enjoyed fishing in the clear, warm waters, catching some delicious fresh seafood for dinner. Snorkelling around the vibrant coral reefs exposed us to an abundance of colorful marine life. We were mesmerized by the beauty of this place and created lasting memories as a family.

My children wanted more child-friendly activities to be available.

Methos, the host, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, assisting with organizing tours and dives. the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a nice outside deck to relax on. the snorkeling tours are amazing, with experienced guides like Jonas who always find the best spots for marine life sightings. I highly recommend Methos Homestay.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

I got amazing value for my money at this homestay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view from the deck. The location was perfect, with plenty of opportunities for snorkeling and interacting with the locals. The staff at the homestay were incredibly nice and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved.

Always keep coming back, no regrets. Staff served me a cold drink when I arrived. Perfect place with Laundry, Hiking, Fishing, Snorkelling, Diving. No pets allowed. Non-smoking rooms. Coming back for Christmas.

Spacious rooms with sunbeds and hammocks. Nice villages within walking distance. Direct sunset view. Good trips offered. Food was very good, though portion sizes varied.
